Troop finances are handled by the troop treasurer, who is a registered and trained member of the troop committee. Among their responsibilities are: council popcorn fundraiser, troop trash bag sale, collection of dues and activity fees. They also redistribute funds for camp registrations, equipment purchases, and for troop activities.


Scouts are asked to help support the troop's activities by paying weekly dues of $1. This can be done in two manners: First, pay weekly at each meeting.
