September 14th at 7 pm, Troop 92 will be planting a tree, in conjunction with the planting of tens of thousands of trees by scouts in Montana. This Red Oak will replace a tree lost in a recent wind storm. We hope to have a plaque made to commemorate this event.

A Court of Honor will be held on Tuesday, September 28, 2010, from 7 pm till 8:30 pm.

Everyone is encouraged to attend and see their Scout receive the much-deserved recognition for his hard work this summer. In addition to the rank advancemnts and merit badges, we have a very special recognition/dedication.

Webelos Woods is fast approaching! It provides opportunities to meet new scouts, invite them to become Boy Scouts (First Class requirement?), camping overnight, cooking meals, and service hours (for school/scouts).

Troop 92 is proud to announce that two of its adult leaders have attended Wood Badge training this year. Committee Chair Dan Herkert is in the process of completing his ticket and Assistant Scoutmaster John Gaither is midway through the fall course.
